Mixed Use Apartment Building
Project Summary
BASE Energy provided energy modeling services for a new construction building in San Francisco, CA. The new building is a seven stories mixed‐use residential complex with 277 apartment units, ground floor retails, and underground parking structures.
BASE developed a LEEDv4 compliance energy model and provided support on various LEED documentations. The model was developed using eQuest and baseline was ASHRAE 90.1‐2010.
BASE developed a Title‐24 compliance model with EnergyPro. The analysis shows that the building is ~15% below 2016 Title‐24 standard.
