Our RCx process involves:

• RCx Investigation:  

  • Identification of process, operational and system deficiencies 

  • Investigation of the potential RCx measures (corrective actions), energy savings and economic analysis of the proposed opportunities.

• RCx Measures Implementation – While our clients are responsible for project implementation, BASE provides technical assistance during the process to ensure that energy efficient upgrades are implemented.

• Energy Measurement and Verification (M&V) – Based on detailed and approved protocols, BASE performs measurements to verify project energy and demand savings of installed RCx measures. 

• Training – BASE provides training of the facility personnel to encourage long-term persistence of the energy and demand savings.
