ABOUT US
Steady, positive growth has marked the nearly
20-year history of BASE Energy, Inc. Berkeley
Applied Science & Engineering, Inc. (BASE)
was established in 1987 by a small group of engineers
to provide applied science and engineering research
services to government agencies.
Early on, we provided Southern California Gas
Company’s industrial and commercial customers
with comprehensive energy auditing services. As
demand for our services grew, we began supplying
comprehensive energy auditing, design review,
and other energy efficiency-related services to
industrial, commercial, and institutional customers
of Northern California’s Pacific Gas and
Electric Company. Continued growth has taken us
to Texas, Pennsylvania, Utah and Alaska to provide
our services.
